In "Lost in the Flow," my goal is to depict the relentless pace of urban life and how it affects individuals caught up in it. The city can feel like a rushing tide, dragging us along so quickly that times to pause and actually live become rare. Through this photo essay, I wanted to explore the topic of survival versus living—how people can become part of a crowd and move forward without actually experiencing the current moment.
I was inspired by the concept of a "pause moment"—a only moment of clarity or realization in which a person feels detached from the surrounding chaos, even if only for a second. I sought to depict the duality of city life by combining scenes of activity and stillness: a fast-moving, collective rhythm that may easily overwhelm the individual.
